A little bit about myself

I am a New Zealander with my home and business in Christchurch which is in the South Island of New Zealand. I also have an office and an apartment in Thailand and travel there every few weeks so building the boat in Thailand is actually quite convenient for me.

Two of my most passionate interests in life are the ocean and health and I have had a long involvement with both.

For the last 10 years my focus has been directed primarily to health and in my capacity of Chairman of Xtend-Life Natural Products (Intl) Ltd I have been able to spend time researching what is needed to enjoy good health. This interest was heightened about 11 years ago when I turned 50 years old and realized that I was on the ‘count down’ to the end whenever that may be, but I had only done a fraction of what I wanted to do, so I figured I needed at least another 50 years of good health and vitality.

So, I began to focus on what I needed to do to achieve that.

Also, I learned in recent years that the future never comes and I had to stop living on the basis of ‘when I achieve this I will back off and enjoy life’. As we all know, but often don’t realize, the future never comes, we only have the present time. It was this change in philosophy that prompted my decision to proceed with the building of ‘Natural High’ and to start the ocean component of the adventures that I had planned for so long.
